Who we are

Our web adress is: https://www.ialaudit.cz

Comments

When visitors leave comments on this site, the information displayed in the comment form is collected, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string, which helps spam detection.

An anonymous string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to Gravatar to determine whether you are using the service. The Gravatar privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment is approved, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to this site, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the site can download and view any location data from images on the site.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site, you can allow your name, email address and website to be saved in cookies. This is to make it easier for you to write a new comment and you will not have to fill in this information again. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to check whether your browser accepts cookies. This cookie does not contain any personal data and will be deleted when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set several cookies to save your login information and to set the screen display. The login cookies last for two days and the display settings cookies last for one year. If you confirm the „Remember me“ option, your login will last for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be deleted.

If you edit or publish an article, another cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie does not contain any personal data and simply indicates the ID of the post you have just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Embedded content from other websites

Posts on these sites may contain embedded content (such as videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the same way as if the visitor had visited another website.

These websites may collect information about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and track your interaction with this embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Who we share your data with

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be listed in the password reset email.

How long do we keep your data?

If you add a comment, the comment and its metadata will be retained indefinitely. The data is retained for the purpose of automatically recognizing and approving all subsequent comments, rather than holding them in a moderation queue.

For users who register on this site (if they have this option), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can view, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except that they cannot change their username). Site administrators can also view and edit this information.

What are your rights?

If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we delete any personal data we hold about you. This option does not include data that we are required to retain for administrative, legal or security reasons.

Where is your data sent?

Visitor comments may be reviewed through an automated spam detection service, which may be located abroad.
